We are looking for a Legal Operations Manager to manage the projects of our growing KLEA portfolio consisting of international corporate housekeeping clients. We are looking for a team player with a keen eye for detail and good project and client management skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Follow up on workflows;
  • Discuss project schedule with clients;
  • Manage legal documents;
  • Client contact and management of our partner network;
  • Management of know-how;
  • Project management.

You preferably have the following skills / qualifications

  • A Belgian or French law degree and 2 to 3 years experience with corporate documentation or 2 to 3 years of equivalent experience as a paralegal in a rapidly changing international legal environment;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Willingness to learn more about the legal processes in various countries;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • French or Dutch native speaker and professional fluency in English. Knowledge of German, Spanish or Italian is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and advanced knowledge of Word.
