Our rapidly growing legal tech company is looking to hire Legal Operations Assistants to provide support for corporate secretarial matters to our client relationship managers who are based in Brussels. We are looking for a team player with a keen eye for detail and good project management skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage / streamline incoming data files on clients
  • Review databases and perform routine maintenance as necessary of basic corporate data
  • Generate and review legal documentation for standard corporate secretarial matters based on templates prepared by our network of lawyers in 80+ countries
  • Communicate with managers and staff about data changes or requirements

You preferably have the following skills / qualifications:

  • A law degree and at least 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced international environment
  • Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of German, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizations skills and ability to react to suit operational support requirements, must be able to organize time effectively and prioritize tasks and cope with fluctuating workloads
  • High level of accuracy in checking & processing information
  • Ability to form good relationships with colleagues
