Our rapidly growing legal tech company is looking for help with our accounts payable and other administrative matters.

Our office is located in Brussels, but our people come from all over the world.

Your main responsibilities will include both financial and administrative duties:

Financial:

  • Handling all incoming invoices
  • Coordinating with the team to validate the invoices
  • Preparing payment of invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Liaising with external accountant
  • Draft and send out invoices to clients
  • Process expenses

Administrative:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Assist in payroll
  • Manage office supplies & equipment
  • Organize wet signing of documents
  • Ad hoc administrative requests

You preferably have the following skills / qualifications:

  • Experience in handling accounts receivable
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Well-organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
  • Professional proficiency in at least English and preferably also Dutch or French. Any other language is a plus.
